These terms govern the use of the cloud business software provided by Avmax İthalat İhracat Ticaret Limited Şirketi at https://app.makerivo.com.

By creating an account, the subscriber accepts these terms.

2. The Service

The service covers an AI customer assistant on WhatsApp, an AI voice assistant that answers phone calls, an online ordering page, and reservation and appointment management.

The service is delivered online for the duration of the subscription. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Subscription and Fees

Subscriptions are sold in monthly or yearly terms. Current plans and prices are published at https://app.makerivo.com.

The account is activated automatically once payment is approved.

4. Subscriber Obligations

The subscriber is responsible for keeping account credentials secure.

The service may not be used to send unsolicited commercial messages or in any way that breaches applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Termination

A subscription may be cancelled at any time and ends at the close of the paid period.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
